I didn't get my magic-link email.

Check spam, then request a new link and confirm the inbox matches your Synpix.ai account. Links expire quickly, so use the newest one.

Can I stay signed in across devices?

Yes. Use the magic link on each device you trust. If you sign out, you can trigger a fresh link at any time.

Credits & billing

My credits are not showing after payment.

Give it a minute for Stripe to confirm. Refresh your Dashboard to pull the latest balance. If it still looks off, send the receipt to support and we will adjust.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are only charged after a successful run. If something fails mid-flight, your balance stays untouched and you can retry.

Where can I see my credit history?

Open the Dashboard to review your balance, recent operations, and charges tied to each generation or edit.

Using the tools

Image Generator vs Editor vs Pro Editor—what should I use?

Use Image Generator for new ideas, the Editor for quick re-imagines of an existing image, and the Pro Editor when you need higher fidelity materials and edges.

How do I control credit spend?

Each mode shows its credit cost before you run. Start with Basic for drafts, switch to Pro only when you need premium detail.

Gallery & privacy

Are all my images public?

No. You choose per item. Save privately to keep drafts to yourself, or publish to the public gallery when you want to share.

How do I delete or hide items?

Open the item in your gallery and use the privacy toggle to switch to private, or delete it entirely if you no longer need it.

Can others remix my prompts?

Only if you publish with prompt visibility on. Remixing sends the item back into the right tool so others can iterate faster.

Technical issues

My upload is stuck or slow.

Check your connection, then retry. We only charge credits after a successful upload and save, so failed attempts will not reduce your balance.

The editor output looks wrong.

Try a shorter prompt and confirm aspect ratio settings. If it keeps happening, share the item link so we can review the operation id and rerun.
